Past event:

Chado Tea Room presents a Traditional Japanese Tea Ceremony demonstration called Chanoyu or Sado. It is a choreographed ritual of preparing and serving Japanese green tea with traditional Japanese sweets to balance the bitter taste of the tea. This traditional ceremony of preparing tea means pouring all of one's attention into the predefined movements.

The event will include a demonstration of Japanese Tea ceremony with a tasting of matcha. A scone and a house blend tea will also be served at the end of the presentation.
