We celebrated our one year anniversary at the Chado Downtown Tea Room in Little Tokyo! Last year, we were approached by the owner with a great opportunity to share Japanese Ceremonial Tea at the tea room. Since then, we have had monthly tea demonstrations in hopes of bridging cultural Japanese elements to the mainstream of tea enjoyment. There are many ways that tea has influenced cultures around the world historically, and it's influence on Japanese culture prevails today
